Fireworks Shows on the Fourth Of July

What to do do this Fourth of July? Well, if you’re in the Eastern San Gabriel Valley of Southern CA, I have some ideas for you. What better way to celebrate Independence Day than to watch a fireworks show?

La Verne, CA

The Friends of the 4th of July Committee is a community-based volunteer committee that has been responsible for coordinating, hosting, and fundraising the City of La Verne’s 4th of July Celebration for over 40 years.

You can start the day with a Pancake Breakfast sponsored by the Boy Scouts of America Troop 41 between 6:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Watch a parade starting at 10 a.m. In the evening go to Bonita High School, and watch entertainment starting at 7 p.m. followed by a fireworks show. Rancho Cucamonga, CA

A little further east, you have the 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular and Concert presented the City of Rancho Cucamonga. You’re invited to the LoanMart Field at the Rancho Cucamonga Epicenter for a fun-filled evening of live entertainment followed by a fireworks display at 9:00 p.m., sharp. Pomona, CA

If you’re looking for something a little different, and you’re a fan of boxing, then I have a recommendation for you! Unity Day LA is a music, comedy, and boxing festival hosted by comedians Paul Rodriguez and Tommy Davidson. Located at the LA County Fairgrounds, entertainment starts at 2:30 p.m.with the fireworks show starting at 9:15 p.m. Tickets are $19 and you can get all the details at https://www.unitydayla.com/

Ontario, CA

If you’re looking for a FREE fireworks show, look no further than Westwind Park in Ontario, CA. Festivities begin at 5 p.m. with the fireworks show beginning at 9 p.m. Get all the details at https://www.ontarioca.gov/IndependenceDay
