Glendora Market Update

 

As of August 31st, the average home price in Glendora, CA is on the decline at $901,578 down from $1,019,364.. The average price per square foot is $483. There are 42 homes for sale currently on the market, and the average days on market is 14 days.

Inventory is increasing slightly which accounts for the declining home prices, but sales are still strong making this a great time to sell. Mortgage rates are hovering at historically low levels with rates on fixed-rate mortgages holding steady at less than 3%. Although home affordability has taken a beating this summer, low mortgage rates can help many buyers get into the home of their dreams.
