La Verne is situated on the eastern edge of Los Angeles County with a population of over 33,000. It is a "close-knit" community which has been able to retain its "small town" traditions and virtues.

As of September 8th, the average home price in La Verne is on the decline at $827,472 down from $920,072, however the average price per square foot is on the rise at $463. There are 50 homes for sale currently on the market, and the average days on market is 33 days.

Inventory has been increasing which accounts for the declining home prices and longer days on market. The good news is that the average price per square foot is on the rise.
