Located in the San Gabriel Valley of Los Angeles County, San Dimas is a quaint city with a small town feel. As of January 11th, this is the latest update on the real estate market.

In the last 30 days, 23 homes have sold spending an average of 26 days on the market. The average sale price was $808,000 with homes selling at 102.5% of the list price.

There are 17 active listings ranging in price from a low of $750,000 to a high of $3,330,000.

Home prices have been on the decline, which was to be expected during the holiday season, however prices are expected to rebound in the coming months.
