Located in the San Gabriel Valley, San Dimas has a population of 34,924 (2020 census). As of June 14, this is the latest update on the real estate market.

In the last 30 days 18 homes have sold with the average sale price of $871,579. That’s an increase of $32,429 from the same time one year ago. Homes are spending an average of 11 days on the market and are selling at 105.3% of list price. The average price per square foot is $570, and there are 29 new listings.

Prices are still on the rise, but with an increase in mortgage rates coming soon, it will be interesting to see how the next few months pan out.
